  • Return Period You are entitled to a 14-day natural period for no-questions-asked returns (also known as the "customer remorse right") starting from the day you receive your items. If the products have issues like damage, incorrect delivery, or malfunction, the return period is also 14 days from receipt.

  • Package Shipment: Carefully package the product according to the return instructions to ensure no damage during transit. Affix the shipping label completely over the existing courier information. Choose a nearby post office or legitimate courier service for shipment.
  • Timeliness Requirement: Complete the shipment within 14 days after receiving the return instructions. Late returns may affect your return rights.
